Overview
The Occupational First Aid course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively to workplace emergencies and provide immediate care to injured or ill employees. This course focuses on addressing the unique first aid needs and challenges that may arise in a workplace setting.
Who should attend
Intended for individuals who have been designated or appointed as first aiders or those who have a responsibility for providing first aid in their workplace
Learning Outcome
- Knowledge of basic first aid principles
- Understand legal and regulatory requirements
- Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use automated external defibrillators (AEDs)
- Recognition and response to emergencies like

5. Seizure - Handle workplace-specific emergencies like
1. Crush injuries
