BEHAVIOUR BASED SAFETY
Overview
This training provides a comprehensive understanding of BBS principles. Participants learn to identify safe and at-risk behaviors, collect and analyze behavioral data, and provide constructive feedback. Emphasis is on fostering a safety-conscious culture by engaging all employees. By the end, attendees are equipped to contribute significantly to a safer workplace, using positive reinforcement to reinforce safety practices and address potential hazards.
